Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our vessels, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece remains unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

Each vessel is individually shaped in Venice; natural variations are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
